I am a 18 year veteran teacher who began her journey with PBL and STEM 11 years ago. I recently changed districts when it was announced that the new district would be opening a STEAM academy. After spending a number of years developing PBL and STEM projects with my former partner teacher I wanted to be part of opening an entire school with this focus.
I am a single mom of a 22 year old daughter who is seeking her theater degree. We live in Southwest Missouri, yet I am very much a California soul.
